Recipe: Watermelon + Cucumber Salad

Tasty. Refreshing. Hydrating. What more can you want from a late-summer salad??

Ingredients:

Watermelon

Cucumber

Fresh mint

Fresh lime juice

optional: feta cheese

Directions:

Cut up equal parts watermelon and cucumber. Add chopped mint and lime juice to taste. Add a healthy dose of feta, if you’re into that! (It tastes great either way)

*I didn’t include measurements in this recipe because it tastes best fresh and I have no idea how much you want to eat at one time. If it’s a whole watermelon, no judgement, you’re going to be so hydrated! Otherwise, I trust you to use your best judgment and enjoy experimenting :)
