Recipe: Chocolate Cherry Smoothie

Can you say, YUM???

Ingredients:

1/2 cup plain greek yogurt

1/4 cup oats

2 tbsp chia seeds

2 tbsp hemp seeds

1 heaping spoonful of cacao powder

1 frozen banana

Splash of tart cherry juice

1/2 cup almond milk, or as much as needed to blend

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a blender, blend, and enjoy!
